Week One

So I think it has been a productive week. With the exception of Sunday when I had a bad migraine, I have worked out every day the last week. I did my best to stick to smaller portions of healthier foods and drank mostly water. 
I made myself stand up three to five times each day and stay standing for thirty seconds at a time. I also did leg lifts and worked my arms and chest with a dumbbell.
Most importantly I made sure to take my medication and tried to stay positive and look at all movement as forward momentum.
