Week Three
So I continue on with the grind. Standing as much as I can, working with my dumbbells as my hand allows, I think I fractured my index finger, and eating healthy.
Had a bad anxiety attack last night that got so bad I hyperventilated and blacked out. Not sure what triggered it but it lasted for hours. Been kind of depressed this week remembering the 9/11 tragedy, and the brothers in arms that were lost that day.
On a positive note at the end of the month we move into our apartment and I am hoping my walker will be able to navigate it better than I have been able to at my parents house. The goal is to leave my room every day.
