Week Seven

Had a great week. Been adjusting to the apartment. 

It’s a bit more difficult to stand up from the bed. But that is more a function of the new mattress than anything else. I did stand up most days and watched my portion sizes. On Friday I sat up front alone for three hours to wait on the internet to be set up and made the return trip to my room alone. That’s the first time I’ve been able to do that in almost a year.
