Week Thirteen

Feeling pretty good this week. 
Kept to my routine of standing every day. Trying to stand for longer lengths of time to strengthen my legs. 
Added more water to my eating regime. Feel like it is helping my joints hurt less. 
Did have a couple of bad nights where I couldn’t sleep because of the nightmares, but I’m hoping that therapy will help with that.
