Week Fifteen

Just keeping up the grind. 
Met with my mental health therapist on Thursday and she gave me some worksheets to use when I’m feeling down. I had had a couple of bad nights this week with the nightmares and anxiety. But I think overall it was a good week. 
Tried standing up with a little less build up. I think I’m getting a little stronger. Stood every day. Thinking about adding breathing exercises to my daily routine. That’s it for this week.
