Week Sixteen

Another week in the books. Had to go to the clinic on Wednesday to see the psychiatrist. Fortunately, although it left me exhausted, I did not fall this time. 

Made myself get up everyday and use my legs I even went to the living room on Thursday to visit my family. May have over did it some because I was wiped from Wednesday’s outing. Otherwise a pretty good week until my hip popped out on me last night. Now I’m tender and if I move wrong my leg goes numb. 

Had a lot of anxiety this week about going to the doctor. I didn’t want a repeat of the last trip. But all in all a good week.
