Week Nineteen

Happy new year. 
Started off the year strong. Been standing up every day, and doing leg lifts. Trying to get stronger so it’s not such a fight to do anything. 
Been trying to make healthier food choices and cut down on sweets and sodas. Changing a little at a time.
