Week Twenty-one

Had a pretty good week stayed on track. 
Made myself stand everyday. Felt pretty weak a couple of days. Pushed through it and made it. 
Diet is improving we are eating healthier foods at home. Been drinking a lot of water. 
Had a couple of bad nights where the nightmares were severe and kept me up. But overall had a good week.
