Week Twenty-five

Had a pretty good week. Did my best to stay on top of things. 
Stood up most days trying to stand for longer times. 
The anxiety and depression were mild this week. That is until last night when I had bad nightmares and insomnia. But still overall better. 
The good home cooked food keeps on coming and I’m trying to cut my portions down.
