Week 28
It’s me again! This was a good week emotionally and I’d say fair on the physical front.
Met with my therapist and went over ways to help myself or someone else during an anxiety attack. Started some breathing exercises this week too.
Physically I have felt very weak there were a couple of days where I couldn’t stand at all. But I pressed on and will continue to do leg exercises to strengthen my legs.
I tried to eat well this last week, although, there may have been some leftover birthday cake that had to be eaten. I know I have plenty of room for improvement in the food department.
