Week 29
Another week gone. There were highs and lows this week. But I survived.
First the lows, I was standing up on Monday morning and my legs gave out. I fell half on and half off the bed. Took me over a half hour to get all the way in the bed and my legs and back were sore for days. To keep it interesting, on Thursday I was trying to sit up and one of the dogs got in the way and I twisted my back hurting it again. I had an anxiety attack Friday night that kept me up most of the night.
Now for the good stuff, someone gave me a brand new rolling walker. Other than Friday I stayed positive and kept my mood in check. Couldn’t stand up a lot this week after falling, but I did do leg exercises on the bed as well as breathing exercises. Ate mostly home cooked food. Drank lots of water.
