Week 40

Had a pretty good week. Feel like I accomplished a lot. 
On the depression and anxiety front I had a very balanced week. I was able to keep my emotions in check and stay calm. 
Been eating at home more than ordering out. Stood up or did leg exercises every day this week, even with my hips hurting. 
Went today with my wife to an actual barbershop. First time I had a professional haircut and beard trim in six months. I feel great.
