Week 44

This was a productive week. My modem from Comcast died and I had to have a technician come out to replace it. Of course this happens while I’m working on a project for my grandfather. 

So I schedule the tech appointment when I think I can get someone to help me get up front. At the last minute my help fell through. So I had my wife arrange the room and bring me my walker. I didn’t notice till I got up closer to the appointment time that she had gotten my smaller fold up walker and not the one with the seat. This meant I had to walk the whole way and couldn’t roll myself up front. I’m happy to say I managed the round trip, although I was pretty sore. 

Between meds and therapy techniques I managed to keep my depression and anxiety under control. Even finished the project in time for my dad to take it to him this weekend. 

Wife cooked more this week so I had healthier food to eat.
