Week 46

All in all a good week. Some drama that I feel I handled well and will leave it at that. 
Started on Wednesday trying to walk up front to eat dinner in my recliner. Made it two days and the plan is to go up there tonight. 
Had a meeting with my therapist and he gave me a new exercise to try with my thoughts. I like it so far. 
Been trying to watch what I am eating. Also been trying to cut my portions back some.
