So first off I did my double sets today. Talked to Ms Beth at the click and she said I might try being a virtual peer to help others. 

I popped or relocated 12 joints today and am moving better. But my past and two major car accidents are catching up with me. Which is why I’m fighting to recover. 

I didn’t want to move when I got up the the first joint popped, and it hit you move and they’ll reset. 

Yeah some days I question why I am here, but I know God gave me a job and I ain’t done yet.
