So after waiting all weekend to talk to the insurance company after spending 20 hours going through there lists trying to get a hospital bed that would accommodate my height and weight , I was told by a supervisor that they had a team that would look for me since I was having trouble on my own. Would I like them to find one for me?  I very politely asked why the customer had to look at all? I worked retail a long time and it I didn’t have something I called around before telling the customer sorry here are some names good luck. 

In short I was told that they should find something in 24-48 hours. So here’s hoping.
