Wednesday August 31, 2022 Be excellence to each other

Today was a day of mixed emotions. 

I did a morning workout and officially did my leg lifts unassisted. My bad leg may have only left the bed an inch or two but I did every lift on my own. My physical therapist increased my count on my arms so they were nice and sore. This afternoon I decided to do a second set of leg exercises but skipped the lifts, my right leg was spent. And yes the bad pun is a cross between Bill and Ted and the Aristotle quote in the picture. I have to start building good habits and working daily to my goals to achieve excellence. 

So all that was positive, but found out today that my sister has a bleeding ulcer and is having surgery in a few weeks. Sucky part. Please pray for her during this time.
