Friday September 09, 2022 Knocked out by the wall

So I woke up today so stiff I couldn’t move my legs without screaming. I had to take pain medicine with my morning medicines. I recorded a video segment for today’s blog but when I watched this afternoon it was obvious I was highly medicated. Short of it is no leg lifts or sweeps today. 

My sister said she was in some pain but felt a little better. Please send prayers her way.
