Well had a decent day. The maintenance guys started working on the unit upstairs and playing loud music at 08:00 and my wife decided we should play music wars as this has been going on all week. So she starts playing music on the front tv. Not to be left out I used the echo dot to play bad songs that just get stuck in your head. We noticed that 30 minutes later it was quiet upstairs. 

The exercises went well. I’m back to my full set with the same amount struggle I had be for my stomach went sideways.
