Tuesday September 20, 2022 The next level…
So our journey continues. I did a full workout today. This consists of 100 foot pushes, knee touches, knee flexes, and glute squeezes. Then 50 leg lifts and sweeps, bicep curls, dumbbell lifts, butterflies, tricep curls, and over head pull downs. Started forearm curls today did 30, working up to 50. Finished up the workout with 30 crunches.
Did some meditation and prayer this afternoon. Spent time with my wife. She made home made tortillas for the first time today and man they were so good.
