Wednesday September 21, 2022 Progress?…

I had a good day today. I managed to do all 50 of lifts with my bad leg straight through and had the leg up to 6” off the mattress. Did full sets of everything. 

My sister is back home. The clot is breaking up. But still needs prayers.
