Monday October 17, 2022 Setting up for big moves
So I have been doing full workout sets in the the morning, and 60% workout sets In the evening.
Thursday is my appointment with the Dietitian, but tomorrow they have a group meeting online I’m going to attend. Time to change the fuel in this system. As the the old saying goes garbage in garbage out.
Started trying to reconnect with my friends. I’m going to start working on my sax tomorrow. Which should be interesting since I can’t sit up.
