Tuesday October 04, 2022 Small steps…


So after years of therapy and talking to friends and a peer counselor, i have been convinced that my plans are great, but I have a terrible record of taking any steps to fulfilling the goal. As the quote above says I need to make a definite move closer to my end goal.

My exercises are going well but I want out of this bed. Im going to start a short term goal on 25% of my morning set.
