Tuesday October 11, 2022 Hi!!!
So yeah, I dozed off last night and neglected to put out a blog. I apologize the last two days have been pretty much identical. I got up turned on my music, did my workout. Then did some reading. Ate breakfast and took my meds. This is the point where meds kick in and I kind of fade out.
I am awoken a few hours later by a plate being placed on my chest. To the sound of “here’s your lunch, be careful it’s hot.”
After lunch I turn my music back on and stretch my joints. Trying to regain my range of motion.
Then I either watch videos or play games on my phone. Then about 1700 I do my best at a second set I’m about 40% there.
Please send prayers or comments or anything else you can think of that may help me.
