A wee bit of fun at my expense. When my doctor added iron to my my meds I missed the part where he said half my intake should be fiber. 

I spent 4 days then 9 days then 5 days blocked. My Dr’s PA said I should went to the er going to the restroom 3 times in 19 days. They called in meds. Dad’s picking them up for me 

My knee has locked up and swollen, I have a very painful way to get it in for a few minutes. It’s enough that let do some of my workout. 

As a way to cheer me up I decided to host a 12 days of thankfulness, on Katherine’s Scentsy Page.
